In this interactive cooking class, Marianne Tshihamba serves up dishes inspired by her travels. From Sicily to Venice, explore Italy’s snack game: Crunchy Arancini, tangy Marinated Seafood Salad, and the ultra-luxurious Whipped Salt Cod Spread. Warning: May induce spontaneous Italian hand gestures.

This class requires at least 6 participants. Participants will be notified if the minimum is not met. Registration will close a couple days before the class so the instructor can shop for the appropriate amount of ingredients.
