Marianne will walk guests through this British classic, updated for today’s tastes. As an added bonus, participants will learn how to cure salmon! This class is perfect for new chefs and old pros as well as anyone who has been binge-watching Bridgerton……

Scones serves with clotted cream and jam
Finger sandwiches – English classic watercress and cucumber, egg salad, and cured salmon (gravlax). Plus cream cheese sandwiches.
Complimentary beer and wine are included in the price of the course!
An ingredients list and recipes will be sent out following the class.
Marianne Tshihamba has traveled the world pursuing new flavors and demystifying unfamiliar ingredients. Here in the Washington area, she has scouted the countless international grocery stores that stock their shelves with a wide range of products to serve the needs of our diverse community. This class requires at least 6 participants. Participants will be notified if the minimum is not met. Registration will close a couple days before the class so the instructor can shop for the appropriate amount of ingredients.
