Pan-Seared Salmon with Sun-Dried Tomato & Warm Spiced Gravy over Greens

Rich salmon fillet served with tangy tomato essence, aromatic gravy, and seasonal greens.

Stuffed Acorn Squash with Quinoa, Cranberries & Toasted Pistachios

A vibrant blend of grains, fruit, and nuts nestled in roasted acorn squash.

Don’t forget to pair with the evenings wine tasting class: Back to Wine School: Pour Choices Are Good Choices! 

A minimum of 6 students are required for the class to occur. Students will be notified if the minimum is not met.
