In this interactive cooking class, Marianne Tshihamba serves up dishes inspired by her travels. Channel you inner Bridgerton fantasies and learn the secrets of a luxurious English Tea service. Starting with the best scones you’ve ever had, followed by 3 kinds of tea sandwiches and ending with a berry-laden Victoria sponge cake.

An ingredients list and recipes will be sent out following the class.
Marianne Tshihamba has traveled the world pursuing new flavors and demystifying unfamiliar ingredients. Here in the Washington area, she has scouted the countless international grocery stores that stock their shelves with a wide range of products to serve the needs of our diverse community. This class requires at least 6 participants. Participants will be notified if the minimum is not met. Registration will close a couple days before the class so the instructor can shop for the appropriate amount of ingredients.
