Crispy potatoes with smoky yogurt and fresh North African herb sauce.

Spiced Lamb Meatballs with Pomegranate Glaze

Juicy lamb bites finished with a sweet-tart pomegranate reduction.

Grilled Halloumi with Burst Tomatoes, Olive Oil & Herbs

Warm, savory cheese with charred tomatoes and a drizzle of olive oil.

Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse

A decadent yet wholesome dessert of dark chocolate, avocado, and a touch of maple, topped with seasonal berries.
