Sunday, December 6 @ 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
$75.00

Join us for another delicious culinary experience featuring Chef Susan Barocas and her celebrated take on meze—flavorful, shareable dishes inspired by the rich culinary traditions of the Mediterranean and beyond.
Whether you’re hosting a party or a meal or houseguests, mezes make entertaining easy and delicious. Many can be made ahead and served at room temperature. Together we’ll build meze platters including a few dishes we will make such as caponata, smoked fish on roasted potatoes, beef tahini, stuffed dates, and seeded crackers. Plus you’ll learn tips, tricks and shortcuts that your guests will never suspect (or care about) as they reach for more.
Please bring your own apron and containers to take home delicious leftovers.
Complimentary beer and wine are included in the price of the course.
